PURPOSE: A composition containing natural plant ingredient extract for anti-obesity is provided to reduce body fat and treat constipation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-obesity contains 10-15 wt% of Cordyceps militaris, 20-25 wt% of Coicis Semen, 10-15 wt% of Eucommia ulmoides, and 5-10 wt% of homonis Placenta, 10-15 wt% of Ganoderma lucidum karsten, and 15-20 wt% of Thea sinensis leaves. A crude drug extract is prepared by mixing the composition with purified water and heating. A health food, food, or pharmaceutical product for anti-obesity contains the composition or the crude drug extract as an active ingredient.
