PURPOSE: A pipe lining material inversion device and reversing method of a pipe lining material using the same is provided to deliver a drum to a construction site regardless of height limitation by dividing a cylindrical drum into an upper drum and a lower drum. CONSTITUTION: A pipe lining material inversion device comprises a cylindrical drum, a rotary shaft(120), a guide reel(130), a pipe lining material insertion(140), a pipe lining material exhausting part(150), an inspection door part(160), and a pressurized air supply port(170). The cylindrical drum has lower part and upper drum which can be each other combined and separated. The rotary shaft is installed inside the cylindrical drum to rotate. The guide reel guides the pipe lining material reeled in a rotary shaft. The pipe lining material insertion part is installed on a rear lower part the lower drum. The pressurized air supply port supplies the pressured air to the cylindrical drum inside.
