FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device to reinforce monolithic reinforced concrete structures with ropes, realising the stated method of reinforcement, looks, for instance, as follows. The base is the frame resting against a previously arranged section of an erected structure made of stands and a unit of reinforcement feed, including a distributing template, a set of bypass rollers and wires arranged between bypass rollers and coils with metered sections of a shaped periodical rope. The stated method of reinforcement is realised, for instance, in the following manner: neat the base of a reinforced structure the ends of the metered sections of the shaped periodical rope, which were previously wound onto coils, are fixed. The unit of reinforcement feed is supplied and fixed by the value of concrete section shaped in this cycle so that sections of metered sections of the shaped periodical rope located between the template and the previously made portion of the structure are arranged in proper direction. Reinforcement is assembled in cross directions, a curb is mounted around the installed reinforcement, further the curb is filled with concrete. After formation of a half of the structure length the metered sections are disconnected from the coils and are fixed in the bypass rollers and wires by means of braking devices of any available type. ^ EFFECT: increased strength properties and reduced prime cost of reinforcement frame. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
