FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: unit includes submerged electric motor with seal section and cable, inlet module, pump sections and head module, which are connected to each other by means of flanged connections. On flanged connections there installed are safety couplings consisting of two semi-couplings 13, 14 with shaped ribs 17 on peripheral part, which are hinged and attached to each other by means of screw 16. Ribs 17 form channel 18 for arrangement of cable in it at attachment of semi-couplings 13, 14. Length of safety coupling and its shaped ribs 17 is equal to length of neck of module of pumping unit, onto which it is tightly fitted. ^ EFFECT: invention improves time between failures of pumping units, reduces the accidents caused by breakage of modules of the unit and suspension elements, reduces operating costs and provides additional oil production owing to decreasing the amplitude of lateral oscillations of pumping unit, and excluding its entering the resonance and protection of cable against mechanical damages. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
