FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology, and deals with treatment of chronic prostatitis. For this purpose introduced is afala in dose 1 tablet 4 times per day sublingually during two months. Additionally combined physiotherapy is carried out, which alternates procedures of transrectal laser therapy with wavelength 0.82 nm and power 10 mW every second day with procedures of transrectal electric stimulation.
