FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building tiles, primarily for use in dry construction. The building tiles mainly used in dry construction is characterised by the following features: a matrix made from hardened, inorganic binding agent in form of portland cement; expanded pearlite particles are added to the matrix made from binding agent; a water-repelling agent is applied onto the expanded pearlite particles; an inert filler is added to the matrix made from binding agent; the inert filler has dry bulk density which is higher than that of hydrophobisated expanded pearlite; the weight ratio of the hydrophobisated expanded pearlite ranges from 3 to 30 wt %; the hydrophobisated expanded pearlite has particle size from 1 to 6 mm; the weight ratio of the inert filler ranges from 40 to 60 wt %; the weight ratio of water (residual moisture) ranges from 5 to 20 wt %. ^ EFFECT: obtaining building tiles with controlled density and high crack resistance. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg |
