DEVICE FOR PROTECTION OF RUBBER COLLAR AND PROCEDURE FOR ITS ASSEMBLY ON CROSSING PIPELINE LAID UNDER ENGINEERING STRUCTURE AND WATER OBSTACLES

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is made of two fibreglass-plastic half-cases with their small diametre set on pipeline, while with their bigger diametre - on a jacket (case). Two and more external cylinder surfaces are made on the side of a bigger diametre. One and more external cylinder surfaces connected with conic surface are made on the side of a smaller diametre. Cylinder surfaces form webbing, which strengthens half-cases. A concave part eliminating loads at impact with soil during trench refilling is made between cylinder surfaces. An L-shape shelf is made along perimeter of split of the upper half-case. At assembly a shelf of the lower half-case enters the L-shape shelf with slight tightness. A main is pulled into the jacket (case) for assembly of the device. The rubber collar is installed and fixed with clamps-tie rods on the jacket (case) and the pipeline. The upper half-case with rubber cords glued on end sides into seats is lowered from top on surface of the collar assembly. The lower half-case with glued rubber cords is brought closer from beneath and tightened with bolts with the upper half-case, preliminary laying the rubber cord between shelves of half-cases. Closure of ends of rubber cords is controlled when half-cases are pulled together. ^ EFFECT: simplified assembly, increased strength of device for protection of rubber collar.
