FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to isolated nucleic acid, encoding protein with activity of fluorescent biosensor for hydrogen peroxide detection, expression vector, containing said nucleic acid, cell of E.coli, producing protein, encoded by said nucleic acid, and isolated protein, with activity of fluorescent biosensor for hydrogen peroxide detection. Isolated protein, with activity of fluorescent biosensor for hydrogen peroxide detection, has amino acid sequence, presented in form SEQ ID NO: 2. Expression vector contains nucleic acid, encoding protein with activity of fluorescent biosensor for hydrogen peroxide detection, under control of regulatory elements, necessary for expression of nucleic acid in host cell.
