FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of controlling automated step gearbox shifting. Proposed method consists in registration transport facility parameters, analysis of working parameters for throwing in and shifting from actual gear to preset one. Prior to shifting, rpm for throwing in and preset gear are determined. The following types of shifting are used, that is, shifting based on shifting rpm and shifting based on preset rpm.
