Reed relays with a heterogeneous coating demonstrate lower resistance of the contact, improved yield of good ones during manufacturing and high stability of operation when operated at higher loads. ^ EFFECT: development of necessary properties of contacting surfaces in a reed relay, improved stability of its operation in various modes during a long-term period of time, simplified technology of contact development, elimination of precious metals usage and exclusion of quite dirty and complicated galvanic technologies of coatings deposition, reduced contact resistance, increased resistance of a coating. ^ 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
