Unit (40) includes measuring assembly (43) for measuring the dimension, which shapes the signals corresponding to the measured value, and recording and storage device of the above data. Namely, unit (40) includes measuring assembly like mechanical probe (43) performing the inspection of inner surface of cavity between driven-back position and position of probe deformation.
