METHOD OF ELIMINATING FLEXOR SET IN RADIOCARPAL JOINT, ACCOMPANIED BY RADIAL DEVIATION OF HAND IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely orthopedics. Method lies in making linear cut on back surface of distal part of forearm in projection of radial bone, in subperiosteal exposure of radial bone part; making two pairs of holes with awl, fixation through holes of one end of lavsan tape. From second cut in projection of middle third of III metacarpal bone subperiosteally exposed is part of metacarpal bone. By means of awl two pairs of holes are made in metacarpal bone, after which the other end of lavsan tape is fixed through holes. Fixation of lavsan tape to points of fixation is performed after passing it around ulnar bone with tightening lavsan tape in such a way that hand preserved set during operation functionally advantageous position. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to correct flexion in radiocarpal joint and radial deviation of hand. ^ 1 dwg
