FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, children's gynecology. Treatment of vulval synechiae in girls of "neutral" period is carried out by means of hygienic water procedures, performing ointment applications, surgical dissection of synechiae with further carrying out of preventive procedures. Before surgical dissection of synechiae course of therapeutic exercise is carried out for 7-10 days for 10-20 minutes daily, aimed at training muscles of prelum abdominale, pelvic floor, setting into movement hip joint. After surgical dissection of synechiae, starting from the second day, 10-20 minute course of therapeutic exercise is carried out during five-seven days by dynamic and static straining muscles of prelum abdominale, lower extremities, pelvic floor. ^ EFFECT: method ensures reduction of trauma and possibility of recurrences. ^ 1 dwg |
