METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING RUPTURES OF POSTERIOR SEGMENTS OF LIVER IN CASE OF CLOSED INJURY

A method for diagnosing the ruptures of the posterior segments of liver in the case of the closed injury by laparoscopy consists in examining the anterior segments of liver evaluating the possible ruptures. When such ruptures in the anterior segments are not detectable and the blood is detected in the right subdiaphragmatic space, the right lateral flank and the small pelvis, the of the posterior segments of liver are diagnosed.
