METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF OVERLOADING GUIDING COLUMNS OF HYDRAULIC PRESS AT THEIR DEVIATION FROM GEOMETRIC AXIS

A method for prevention of overloading guiding columns of a hydraulic press at their deviation from the geometric axis includes continuous monitoring by a sensor of the column deviation value at their deformation and transmission of the data to an analog-digital converter. The microprocessor also receives information from sensors measuring the current stress in guiding columns. Then the maximum value of stress in the columns is calculated and the maximum allowable eccentricity of the application of process load is determined.
