PURPOSE: A blind device comprising a solar module and an LED module is provided to minimize a waste of electrical energy and provide a display function for advertising by charging electricity by the solar module in the daytime and using the charged electricity as power for lighting of the LED module at night. CONSTITUTION: A blind device comprising a solar module and an LED module comprises a solar panel(10), an LED panel(20), an insulating panel(30), a charging unit(40), and a power line(70). The solar panel comprises one or more solar modules(11), which performs solar generation. The LED panel comprises one or more LED modules(21) and lights the inner space or displays specific symbols, characters or figures. The insulating panel is inserted between the solar panel and the LED panel and blocks heat generating from the solar panel or the LED panel from becoming transferred. |
