PURPOSE: A slip-resistant clip device is provided to maximally prevent slipping by forming a slip-resistant surface using a silicon or rubber material having a high frictional coefficient and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A slip-resistant clip device comprises an elastic pressing unit(114), and first and second ends(112,111). The first end is formed in one side of the elastic pressing unit, and the second end is formed in the other side. First and second slip-resistant surfaces are formed in the first end. The first slip-resistant surface is parallel to the inner surface of the first end, and the second slip-resistant surface is inclined with the first slip-resistant surface. The inner surface of the second end is touched with the second slip-resistant surface when external power is not applied.
