PURPOSE: A producing method of a red ginseng solution using an aqueous silver nanoparticle solution is provided to improve the stability and functionality of red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a red ginseng solution comprises the following steps: washing fresh ginseng using a ultrasonic ozone washing machine; naturally aging the washed ginseng for 90 days; low temperature aging the ginseng; inserting 450g of low temperature aged ginseng and 8L of aqueous silver nanoparticle solution into a far infrared ray extractor for extracting; and sterilizing the obtained red ginseng solution using a sterilizer using the silver nanoparticle solution.
