A magnetized pickup tool comprises a slider with a retention mechanism, which is hung on a crane hook and mounted for vertical movement in a base, which is attached to the main body with the permanent magnets, and a liftoff mechanism comprising release levers located on opposite sides of the slider and pivotally connected to the upper part of the main body, which small arms are equipped with rollers and big arms are cinematically connected to the ends of a cross member rigidly attached to the slider, and an additional body covering the lateral surface of the main body and made with possibility of vertical displacement with respect to the latter, with limited movement down and force interaction, on the one hand, with the transported cargo, and on the other hand, with the roller of each lever. The permanent magnets are united in blocks with vertical magnetization, one pole of which is in direct contact with the ceiling of the main body and the other pole of each block has the opposite polarity relative to the polarity of the poles of adjacent blocks, the additional body is equipped with a bottom of non-ferromagnetic material with stiffening bars made in the form of cups of non-ferromagnetic material covering the magnet blocks, under each of them in the bottom is made an inset of ferromagnetic material, the bottom is covered by a flat frame made of ferromagnetic material, and the cross member and the levers are located between the walls of the base, with the cross member being attached to the slider in its lowest part, the levers are located directly on both sides of the slider. |
