A method for treating the patients with micrometastases of skin melanoma in the sentinel lymph nodes comprises the radionuclide detection of the sentinel lymph nodes, the conventional wide dissection of tumor, and the therapy with low doses of interferon α-2b. The surgery in the area of the regional lymph collector is limited by the removal of those lymph nodes with metastases. |
