A method of surfacing inner surfaces of cylindrical parts consists in rotation of an article around a longitudinal axis during surfacing, continuous movement of the surfacing device. During surfacing the first layer first a spiral bead is surfaced along entire length of the article with distance between the turns of a half its width, and the second one - between the turns of the first layer, at surfacing of which a plastic deformation is made by a roller located behind the electrode wire at a distance S, which is set by the following ratio, where- length of the weld pool, mm; d - diameter of the roller, mm. Other layers of metal are surfaced according to a single-start scheme with overlapping the beads for 1/3 of its width. |
