A method for combined gastrectomy comprises thr gastrectomy, resection of transversal-rim bowel segment with a tumour in one block, and also renewal of continuity of gastrointestinal tract. Additionally the pancreatoduodenal resection and right-side hemicolectomy are performed with maintenance of ileocecal segment of bowels, gastroplasty with ileocecal segment and renewal of continuity of gastrointestinal tract is perfomed by forming of anastomoses : pancreatieuonal "end-to-side", esophagoileal, "end-to -side", cholechoeunal "end-to-side", and also forming of interintestinal fistula by Braun with the choke of drive loop by Shalimov and iliotransversoanastomosis "side-to-side". |
