PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd using natural materials is provided to prevent the generation of bubbles during a producing process of the bean curd. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd using natural materials comprises the following steps: soaking native soybeans in water(S2); crushing the water soaked native soybeans in a millstone mode(S3); adding rice bran fine powder and water into the crushed soybeans, and removing bubbles while firstly filtering to separate bean curd dregs and soymilk(S4); boiling the soymilk after adding perilla oil as an antifoaming agent, and removing the bubbles generated during the boiling process(S5); secondly filtering the boiled soymilk, and pouring the soymilk into a container(S6); inserting coagulating agent into the soymilk for hardening(S7A); and molding and cooling the obtained bean curd(S8A,S9A).
