PURPOSE: A barcode recognition on-line payment system is provided to complete an on-line payment progress by comparing user login information with the personal information of a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A web shopping mall management sever(100) compares login information with registered first personal information. A 2D barcode transmission server(300) transmits a 2D barcode in which is included in a paid product to the IP address of a first communication terminal. A personal information matching server(600) compares the first personal information with the second personal information of a second communication terminal. A payment completion notification server(700) creates product payment completion message when the first personal information is matched with the second personal information.
