The installation has a standard outer block (2) arranged at an exterior of a main chamber (1). A protection device protects the outer block against projectiles such as wooden boards or facing sheets, generated by strong wind. The protection device is formed of a wall forming an envelope around the outer block. The wall is partially formed of a grating panel (6) that constitutes electroforged bars or elements, where each electroforged bar or element has a circular section whose diameter is 6 cm.
