PURPOSE: A walking electricity generating device is provided to place magnets and coils on both knees, thereby generating electricity during walking or running. CONSTITUTION: A walking electricity generating device comprises a first mounting unit(10), a second mounting unit(20), and a power storage unit(40). The first mounting unit and the second mounting unit are worn on both legs of a user. The first mounting unit and the second mounting unit makes an elastic stripe shape. Magnets and coils are placed in the first and second mounting units respectively. The power storage unit is attached or detached into/from a pocket or a belt. Generated power is transferred to the power storage unit through a power supply line(30).
