PURPOSE: An insertion device for taking a picture of an inside of a water pipe is provided to enable an operator to rotate a camera regardless of the inside condition of a water pipe by using a guide. CONSTITUTION: An insertion device for taking a picture of an inside of a water pipe comprises a flange part, a hollow insertion pipe(4), a camera(5), a guide(6), a cable, and a horizontal moving pin(10). The flange part is combined in a water supply pipe(1). An insertion pipe is inserted to the water supply pipe through the flange part. The guide transfers the camera to the inside of water pipe. The guide is installed in the lower of the insertion pipe. The cable interlinks a camera and an external video displayer. The camera takes a photograph of the inside of the water pipe. When the horizontal moving pin moves upward, the horizontal moving pin rotates the guide combined with the lower of the insertion pipe using the hinge.
