Disclosed is a pyridine-4-yl derivative compound of the formula (I), wherein A, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are as described in the description. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of diseases or disorders selected from the group consisting of rejection of transplanted organs; graft-versus-host diseases brought about by stem cell transplantation; autoimmune syndromes; atopic diseases; asthma; type I diabetes; post-infectious autoimmune diseases; solid cancers and tumour metastasis.
