Φ device for the fixation of the layers of the mucosa in nasal septum following its submucosal resection contains the plates with fixation mechanism, two branches compressing the plates. The branches are made V-shaped and interconnected on the hinge allowing for changing the angle for their separation. The fixation mechanism is equipped with the spring and the coupling screw.
