METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC ARTICLES WITH ADDITION OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTION WASTES

摘要

A method for production of ceramic articles with addition of chemical production wastes comprises the grinding of burnt sludge, addition of chemical production wastes to clay raw material, forming of ceramic articles, drying and burning of produced articles under the temperature of 950 °C. As additive to clay raw material solid wastes of sulphate-acid production of pigment titanium (IV) oxide is used in the ratio of clay: production wastes of 70-95:5-30 % with preliminary washing the solid wastes to pH value of 6.0-6.5 and their preliminary burning under the temperature of 600 °C.
