A base structure for a portable toilet where runners are used for supporting the toilet and storing water

A base structure (20) for a portable restroom (10) is disclosed. Additional tanks in the skids are used to store water for the restroom. The base has a supporting structure having a top side and a bottom side. A top panel is positioned on the top side of the supporting structure and forms a floor surface for the base structure. Two runners extend from the bottom side of the supporting structure one per side, each containing an internal fluid reservoir. The fluid reservoirs operate cooperatively to provide flushing water.
