A method for pharmacocorrection of endogenous intoxication syndrome consists in the use of pharmacotherapeutic approach. As pharmacocorrection agent a complex compound is administered to rats based on germanium, nicotinamide and oxyethylenediphosphonic acid (laboratory code MIHU-5), by a formula as 2,5 % aquesoussolution intraperitoneally 3 times per day, namely: 1 hour prior to modeling start in a dose 100 mg/kg, and also in 6 hours and 12 hours after administration of excrement suspension in doses 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg, correspondingly. |
