A centrifugal-vortex pump has a standard support, discharge air chamber, cover, impeller with centrifugal and vortex blades with core as a circular plate made of current-conductive non-magnetic material, for instance copper or aluminum, and the other part made of non-conductive non-magnetic material that gives respective form to centrifugal and vortex blades, disc asynchronous electric motor stator of which is arranged as a disc one with two elements – active, with electric windings, this is placed in the body of the pump, and non-active element that is fixed in the cover. The windings of the stator are poured with compound and are separated by insulation partition from liquid that is directed by a guide apparatus. Windings of the active element of the stator are placed in slots inclined to radius. Outer diameter of the circular plate is equal to the outer diameter of the active element of the stator and larger than the outer diameter of non-active element. Inner diameters of the elements of the stator are equal to each other and smaller than the inner diameter of the core of the impeller. Active element of the stator in radial direction is divided into two sections in circular form where inclination of the slots and electric windings placed there differ in direction with respect to radius of stator. Width of each section is half of thickness of active element of the stator in radial direction. |
