Disclosed is a foamable composition comprising: a) at least one anionic surfactant that is a salt of an alkyl sulfate in an amount of 0.01 to 1 percent by weight of the composition, wherin the alkyl sulfate is a triethanolamine alkyl sulfate; b) at least one glycol ether in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5 percent by weight of the composition; c) at least one alcohol in an amount of about 2 to 6 percent by weight of the composition; and d) water.
