The device (6) has a fixing unit cooperated with a groove (2) of each of two trimming elements (1) to ensure blocking of one trimming element in a position and to authorize withdrawal of another trimming element in another position. The groove is formed on an edge of each trimming element, where the device rotates around a crossing opening i.e. crossing hole to occupy the two blocking positions. Two locking zones (11) are cooperated with the trimming elements when the device is in the former blocking position. An independent claim is also included for a mounting system for a trimming element.
