PURPOSE: A concentration detecting device of the fluid containing magnetic powder is provided to secure the safety about monitoring by timely monitoring the state of all fluids flowing cavity. CONSTITUTION: A concentration detecting device of the fluid containing magnetic powder comprises a detecting coil couple(16) and a reference coil couple(10). The reference coil couple winds a first coil(20) and a second coil(21) in a first bobbin consisting of the non-magnetic material of the cylindrical form having a cavity. The detecting coil couple winds the first coil and the second coil in a second bobbin consisting of the non-magnetic material of the cylindrical form having a cavity. The detecting coil couple is connected with the second coil in order to obtain a differential power output about the second coil of the reference coil couple. In the cavity of the detecting coil couple, the fluid containing the magnetic powder is flowed. In each first coil of the detecting coil couple and reference coil couple, the alternate current signal of same phase, current and voltage is supplied. Using the differential power output outputted from the second coil, the magnetic powder concentration which the fluid contains is detected.
