PURPOSE: A tilting hinge device and an assembly method thereof are provided to simplify a process. CONSTITUTION: A stopper is formed on a tilting frame. A stopper ball(350) is provided in the guiding unit. The stopper ball accepts the stopper. The stopper ball temporarily restricts the tilting state of the tilting frame about the tilting bracket. A stopper spring(360) is provided to the guiding unit to elastically move the stopper ball in straight line.
