PURPOSE: A latch type lock is provided to arrange a lock main body with timber, thereby manufacturing various outer lock shapes. CONSTITUTION: A lock main body(10) is arranged with timber of one body. The lock main body comprises an insertion hole(11), a chamber(13), and a latch hole(15). The insertion hole is arranged in the center of the lock main body into a recess shape. A lock bundle(30) is built in the chamber. A latch(20) restrains a locking loop inserted in the insertion hole. A hasp(21) restrains the locking loop by being inserted in the chamber in a state held in the locking loop.
