PURPOSE: An organic thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extend the lifetime of a solar cell by inserting a Cs2CO3(Caesium Carbonate) layer and a MoO3 layer between a positive electrode and an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(120) is formed on a substrate. A Cs2CO3(Caesium Carbonate) layer is formed on the bottom electrode. An active layer is formed on the Cs2CO3 layer. A MoO3(Molybdenum trioxide) layer(150) is vacuously deposited on the active layer. An upper electrode(160) is formed on the MoO3 layer. The bottom electrode is an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) electrode. |
