The invention relates to a method for the preparation of a complex of bioactive substances with membrane-stabilizing and anti-inflammatory action which provides for multiple extraction of plant raw material with ethyl alcohol followed by combining prepared extracts, filtration and boiling down, wherein Borago (Borago officinalis L.) grass or leaves are used as a plant raw material. The extraction is carried out with 50-55% ethyl alcohol at a ratio of raw material and extractant as 1:(11-12) at a temperature of 90 °C for 2 hours. Combined extract is settled for 12 hours prior to filtration.
