METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF ALTERATIONS IN TESTICULAR TISSUE IN MINERS CAUSED BY CHERNOBYLFACTOR AND ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS IN COAL MINES

A method for the differential diagnosis of the alterations in testicular tissue in the miners caused by Chernobyl factor and the adverse working conditions in the coal mines comprises the morphological assessment of the state of the organ with estimation of the diagnostic coefficients pertaining to the morpho-functional state of the testicles and their sum provided by Wald recognition technique. When the diagnostic threshold of –130 is attained, the structural alterations caused by factor are suggested. When the diagnostic threshold of +130 is attained, the absence of the structural alterations in the testicular tissue caused by any external pathogenic factor is evident. When the sum of the diagnostic coefficients does not approach any of the diagnostic thresholds, the structural alterations in the testicular tissue are attributed to the adverse working conditions in the coal mines.
