PURPOSE: A web content collecting system of WYSIWYG and method thereof are provided to update site content as a part of a target website without recording content information of a website to be used. CONSTITUTION: A web page of an application object website is outputted to a user computer(S41). A website region collection service device transmits a location value of an application area to a partial website region collection server(S42). The web site region collection service server stores the transmitted value(S43). The web page of the target website is outputted to a user computer(S44).
