PURPOSE: A molding device of DC(Double-wall Corrugated) double wall pipe integrated with a flange and manufacturing method thereof are provided that the double wall pipe is dually coated to the fiber and synthetic resin. The layer separation is prevented. The intensity is improved. CONSTITUTION: A molding device of DC double wall pipe integrated with a flange comprises a flange forming mold(40) and a pipe forming mold(30). The flange forming mold forms the flange, is integrally connected in the end part of the protruded portion. The flanges are shaped to the predetermined thickness to the entire surface. A plurality of contact holes is formed into the columnar direction of after the flange. The flange forming mold is installed between the pipe forming molds. A flange forming unit(41) of after the flange forming mold is formed the flange in both side end point of the double wall pipe.
