<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction in a load driving apparatus which is caused by counter-electromotive force of an inductive load. <P>SOLUTION: When an ON-current flows in an output transistor QN1, a second transistor MN4a supplies a power source voltage supplied to a source of an output transistor QN1 to a back gate of a first transistor MN2. On the other hand, when a negative current in a direction opposed to the ON-current flows in the output transistor QN1, the second transistor MN4a supplies a power source voltage supplied to a drain of the output transistor QN1 to the back gate of the first transistor MN2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
