<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waterproofness and prevent a corrosion or short-cut trouble of internal parts even when a water droplet falls from above. <P>SOLUTION: A valve actuator 1 comprises a lower housing (housing body) 2B and an upper housing (cover) 2A, has a motor 3 and a gear train 4 attached thereon, and transfers the rotation of the motor 3 to the gear train 4 to rotate a sixth gear 28. The valve actuator 1 further comprises a first print board 5 to which a connection terminal 3a prolonging from the motor 3 is connected; a first internal connection terminal 22, one end of which is connected to the first print board 5; an external connection terminal 36 to which the other end of the first internal connection terminal 22 is connected; and a connector connection part 35 into which the external connection terminal 36 is inserted and that is integrally formed with the lower housing 2B.
