<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a large-scale and heavy-weight sprocket with sufficient strength, and to facilitate adjustment of tension of a driving chain. <P>SOLUTION: A pivotally supporting block 42 rotatably supporting a driving sprocket 41 is arranged in a fixable and slidable manner in the direction of moving to and away from a driven sprocket via a guiding and fixing implement 45. A pair of jack screws 47 is fitted into screw holes 42c penetrating on both sides of the pivotally supporting block 42, and the front ends thereof are brought into contact with a reaction force receiving part 46.
