<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation method of event positional data and an event data sharing system enabling to identify an event location in a road provided with distance indications with a higher accuracy than the period of ordinary distance indications. <P>SOLUTION: An information sharing server stores attribute data of the road segments including class of road specified by the road rules and road name, and segment constitution point data including positional coordinate of both ends constituting the road segment and values of distance indication at both ends for each road segment constituting a road network. When positional coordinate data of an event location is input, one road segment corresponding to the event location is determined; a value of detailed distance indication corresponding to the event location is calculated for the road segment; event positional data in which the value of the detailed distance indication is associated with the attribute data of the road segment is generated; and the data is output to a portable terminal. A photographed image data of the event obtained from the portable terminal are stored being associated with the event positional data.
