<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TCP handling apparatus capable of effectively reducing the index time. <P>SOLUTION: A TCP handling apparatus 1 is provided with a second camera 6b that acquires an exposure unit mark 54 on a carrier tape and a pusher stage 4 which so compensates for any positional deviation that an external terminal of TCP and a connection terminal in a contact part can be correctly connected. On the basis of picture information of the acquired exposure unit mark 54, the pusher stage 4 compensates for any positional deviation when it judges that a new exposure unit has been positioned in a testing part and, after compensating for the positional deviation, compensates for no positional deviation except in contact failure until it judges that the next exposure unit has been positioned in the testing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
