<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar-guiding device for a flying object, which temporarily makes it easier to receive a radio wave from a target by enlarging an RCS (radar cross section) to the radio wave from the target and changes the RCS to a desired value to suppress to be detected by the target beyond necessity. <P>SOLUTION: The radar-guiding device includes an RCS adjusting section 15 capable of adjusting the RCS to the radio wave from the target 2. When the radar-guiding device 1 needs the radio wave from the target 2, the RCS is enlarged. Enlarging the RCS and having the target transmit the radio wave enable the improvement of the tracking and guidance accuracies.
