A method for collecting mobile communication data is disclosed by the present invention, which includes that: a data analysis system acquires static user data reported by a network management system, where the static user data are the relationship information between a user identity (ID) and a name, and/or shared static data; the data analysis system acquires user action data collected and reported by a network element system; the data analysis system performs user action and characteristic analysis on the data reported by the network management system and the network element system. An apparatus for collecting mobile communication data is also disclosed by the present invention. With the method and apparatus for collecting the mobile communication data provided by the present invention, a data collection mode is simple and data transmission is safe and reliable. |
